摘  要:近年来国内发生多起电厂除尘器坍塌事故,损失巨大。对于配煤掺烧企业,掺烧劣质煤提高了对气力输灰系统的工作要求,长时间输灰不畅、灰斗积灰将改变支撑受力情况,增加灰斗坍塌风险,必须引起重视。论述了配煤掺烧对烟尘生成量和输灰负载的影响,分析了输灰不畅的原因和常见故障,从运行维护、设备管理、检修等方面提出了治理输灰不畅的措施,经实际运行检验,这些措施行之有效,保证了气力输灰系统的正常运行,促进了火电机组的安全可靠运行。Recently,there have been many accidents of precipitator collapse in power plants in China,resulting in huge losses.For coal blending and combustion enterprises,blending low-quality coal raises the working requirement for pneumatic ash transport system.If the ash transport is not smooth for a long time and the ash accumulates in the ash hopper,the supporting force will be changed,which increases the risk of ash hopper collapse.Therefore,special attention must be paid to this issue.In this paper,the in-fluence of coal blending and combustion on soot generation and ash transport load is discussed,the causes of poor ash transport and common faults are analyzed.The measures to promote ash transport are put forward from the aspects of operation and maintenance,equipment management and overhaul.The actual operation tests show that,these measures are effective,which ensures the normal op-eration of the pneumatic ash removal system and promotes the safe and reliable operation of thermal power units.
