正交试验设计法在中水处理系统调试中的应用

摘  要:为有效缩短中水深度处理系统的调试周期,保证出水品质,特设计制作了一款正交试验设计软件用于电厂中水系统的调试,旨在简化正交试验的方案设计和结果分析流程。结果表明,影响因素的排列顺序为澄清池的混凝剂加药量、第二反应室pH值、排泥周期、搅拌机转速,通过研究明确了4种因素最佳的运行参数分别为混凝剂加药量10mg/L、第二反应室pH值10.6、排泥周期6h、搅拌机转速8r/min,可保证中水深度处理系统出水水质达到标准要求。In order to effectively shorten the commissioning cycle of the reclaimed water advanced treatment system,and ensure effluent quality,an orthogonal test design software is designed and made for the commissioning of reclaimed water system in power plants,in order to simplify the scheme design and result analysis procedure of orthogonal tests.The results show that the order of influ-encing factors is the dosage of coagulant in the clarifier,pH value of the second reaction chamber,sludge discharge cycle and speed of the mixer.And the optimum operating parameters of the four factors are determined by the study:10 m/L of the dosage of coagulant,10.6 of the pH value of the second reaction chamber,6 h of the sludge discharge cycle,and 8 r/min of the speed of the mixer,which can ensure that the effluent quality of the reclaimed water advanced treatment system meet the standard requirements.
