摘 要:自GB/T 38051.1-2021《家用烹饪电器第1部分:电灶、烤箱、蒸箱和烤架性能测试方法》发布以来,烤箱的性能测试得以规范化,为行业提供了重要的指导意义。这一标准等同采用IEC 60350-1:2016。在该标准中,第7.4条的标称能耗值成为了许多国家烤箱能效法规的关键参数,因此,第7.4条在实际应用中被广泛采纳。然而,尽管第7.4条在烤箱能效测试中具有重要意义,但其能耗计算方法却较为复杂。标称能耗值的计算采用了一元线性回归模型,包含诸多公式,这些公式不仅繁多,而且晦涩难懂。这使得部分读者在理解GB/T 38051.1-2021标准第7.4条的能耗计算过程时可能会感到困惑。本文将简单介绍这些公式背后的数学含义以及推导过程,同时通过实际案例的计算,帮助读者更好地理解和应用这一标准。Since the release of GB/T 38051.1-2021“Household electric cooking appliances-Part 1:Ranges,ovens,steam ovens and grills-Methods for measuring performance”,the performance testing of ovens has been standardised,providing important guidance for the industry.This standard is equivalent to IEC 60350-1:2016,in which the nominal energy consumption value in clause 7.4 has become a key parameter in many national oven energy efficiency regulations,and therefore clause 7.4 has been widely adopted in practical applications.However,despite the significance of clause 7.4 in oven energy efficiency testing,the method of calculating its energy consumption is complex.The calculation of the nominal energy consumption value adopts a univariate linear regression model and contains many formulas,which are not only numerous but also obscure and difficult to understand.This makes some readers may feel confused when understanding the energy consumption calculation process in clause 7.4 of GB/T 38051.1-2021 standard.This paper will briefly introduce the mathematical meanings behind these formulas and the derivation process,and at the same time help readers better understand and apply this standard through the calculation of actual cases.
