空调压缩机滑片部件失效分析及改善

摘  要:滑片是压缩机产品的关键部件,需要满足空调系统在长期运行下的可靠性要求。本文针对某压缩机产品在开发过程中出现的滑片部件异常失效问题,开展了失效机理及原因分析等工作。结果显示,滑片部件的失效机理为疲劳断裂,氮化处理后的挤压研磨工艺可能对滑片端部凹槽内侧表面的氮化层造成局部损伤,滑片表面硬度下降约200 HV,进而容易引起表面异常磨损并最终发生疲劳断裂。为此提出了针对性的改善措施,对应后续压缩机产品耐久可靠性测试通过,进一步验证了改进方案的有效性。The sliding sheet is a key component of the compressor product,which needs to meet the reliability requirements of the air conditioning system under long-term operation.In this paper,the failure mechanism and cause analysis are carried out to solve the abnormal failure problem of slide parts in the development process of a compressor product.The results show that the failure mechanism of slide parts is fatigue fracture.The extrusion grinding process after nitriding treatment may cause local damage to the nitriding layer on the inner surface of the groove at the end of slide sheet,and the surface hardness of slide sheet is reduced by about 200 HV,which may cause abnormal surface wear and eventually fatigue fracture.The corresponding improvement measures were put forwarded,and the subsequent compressor product durability reliability test passed,which further verified the effectiveness of improved scheme.
