摘 要:空调控制系统主要分为输入单元、显示单元、内机主控单元和外机主控单元,上述四个单元通过硬件连接和软件通信构成一个完整的系统,每个单元又分为多个部件,任何一个单元部件异常都将导致空调系统可靠性风险,影响空调系统正常工作。本文从设计上分析四个单元可能潜在的风险,并针对风险逐一提出设计要点规避可靠性风险,最终设计出高可靠性的空调器控制系统。通过实验表明:所设计控制系统可靠,各项可靠性指标均达到预期设计目的。The Air-conditioning control system is mainly divided into input unit,display unit,internal control unit,and external control unit.The above four units form a complete system through hardware connection and software communication.Each unit is further divided into multiple components.Any abnormality in any unit component will lead to reliability risks in the Air-conditioning system,affects the normal operation of the Air-conditioning system.This article analyzes the potential risks of four units from a design perspective,and propose design points to avoid reliability risks one by one based on the risks involved,ultimately designing a highly reliable Air-conditioning control system.The experiment shows that the designed control system has been tested and verified to be qualified,and all reliability indicators have achieved the expected design goals.
