摘 要:目前空调冷媒灌注方式为小阀门灌注和工艺管灌注两种,其中小阀门灌注质量可靠性高、材料成本低、易于实现自动化,但是灌注效率低;使用工艺管灌注质量可靠性高、灌注效率高,但是增加材料成本、难以实现自动化;因此提出一种双通道分流灌注方式,该方式适用于自动灌注台站,使用双管道连接大小阀门,通过电磁阀门开关控制冷媒流向,当冷媒流向大阀门时,四通阀处于制热状态,冷煤进入压缩机排气侧,大阀灌注部分可加快灌注速度,同时因其冷媒量相对较少,对启动转矩影响小;大阀门设定灌注时间完成后切换小阀门完成其余灌注量。At present,the refrigerant perfusion methods of air conditioning are small valve perfusion and process pipe perfusion.The small valve perfusion has high quality reliability,low material cost and easy automation,but the perfusion efficiency is low.The use of process tube perfusion quality reliability,high perfusion efficiency,but increase the cost of materials,difficult to achieve automation;Therefore,a double-channel shitter perfusion method is proposed,which is suitable for automatic perfusion station.Double pipes are used to connect large and small valves,and the refrigerant flow is controlled through the electromagnetic valve switch.When the refrigerant flows to the large valve,the four-way valve is in a heating state,and cold coal enters the exhaust side of the compressor.Little effect on starting torque;After the set filling time of the large valve is completed,switch the small valve to complete the remaining filling amount.
