摘 要:基于分项计量装置和建筑能耗监测系统提取某办公建筑连续2 a的分项能耗监测数据,掌握建筑各用能系统的分项能耗基础数据,加入建筑实际使用情况,分别对该办公建筑年总能耗、季节性能耗和重点分项能耗随温度变化趋势进行横纵向的对比,结合各分项年、月、日能耗分析其节能潜力并提出初步相应措施和相应管理建议。在不更改现有建筑设备和使用功能的情况下,仅通过行为习惯的整改措施预测该建筑整体能耗可以在现有能耗基础上可以降低3.2%~4.5%,如果对建筑进行更深层次的能源审计和重点用能设备进行深度能耗分析,预计可以挖掘更多的节能潜力。Based on the sub-metering device and building energy consumption monitoring system to extract an office building for two consecutive years of sub energy consumption monitoring data,mastering the building of each energy-using system of the sub energy consumption of the basic data,adding the actual use of the building and the introduction of the number of degrees of the day an important influence on the factors,respectively,on the office building of the total annual energy consumption,seasonal energy consumption and the key sub-consumption of energy with the temperature trend of change in the horizontal and vertical comparisons,combined with the annual and monthly sub-consumption,The energy-saving potential is analyzed in relation to the annual,monthly and daily energy consumption of each item,and preliminary corresponding measures and management suggestions are put forward.Without changing the existing building equipment and functions,it is predicted that the overall energy consumption of the building can be reduced by 3.2%~4.5%on the basis of the existing energy consumption only through the corrective measures of behavioral habits,and it is expected that more energy saving potentials can be explored if more in-depth energy audits are conducted on the building and in-depth energy analysis is carried out on the key energy-using equipments.
