摘  要:我国建筑行业的政策调整与建筑产业化的不断推进,给建筑工业化与大规模生产预制构件的装配式市场带来了卓越商机。梳理了装配式混凝土楼梯构件的组合、设计、生产、施工,对装配整体式楼梯间的相关技术进行研究与应用分析。通过对楼梯间的结构、构件和节点等进行详细的设计,确保构件的工业化生产与施工顺利进行。对比装配式楼梯构件的深化设计、拆分设计、结构构件全预制、节点连接、施工及安装等技术的工艺原理和流程操作要点,得出相比传统湿作业的技术与施工方法,新型装配式楼梯的设计与生产技术具有更高的效率、更好的环保性能和更低的能耗的结论,以期为相关实践项目提供参考。With the policy adjustment of China's construction industry and the continuous advancement of construction industrialisation,it brings excellent business opportunities to the assembly market of construction industrialisation and mass production of prefabricated components.The combination,design,production,and construction of assembled concrete stair components are sorted out,and the related technologies of assembled monolithic stairwells are studied and applied and analysed.The detailed design of the structure,components and nodes of the stairwell ensures the smooth industrialised production and construction of the components.Comparing the technology principles and process operation points of deepening design,split design,full prefabrication of structural components,node connection,construction and installation of assembled staircase components,it is concluded that compared with the traditional wet-work technology and construction methods,the design and production technology of new assembled staircases has higher efficiency,better environmental performance and lower energy consumption,in order to provide reference for related practical projects.
