中医药院校中西医结合特色与医防融合能力型预防医学专业人才培养现状及其改革路径探析——以成都中医药大学为例

摘　　要：在“健康中国2030”宏伟蓝图的指引下,面对新冠肺炎疫情防控带来的严峻挑战,我国公共卫生体系对人才培养的需求被提升至新的高度,尤其要求培养能够应对复杂公共卫生问题的高素质专业人才。中医药防控策略以其独特优势,在历次突发公共卫生事件中彰显了不可估量的价值,凸显了其在我国公共卫生体系中的不可替代性。中医药院校在培育具备中西医结合预防特色的公共卫生人才方面拥有得天独厚的优势,但也面临着起步晚、规模小、师资紧缺、差异化人才培养路径不清晰等诸多挑战。本文旨在以成都中医药大学为例,剖析多年来中医药院校预防医学人才培养面临的困境,并提出改革实践路径。核心在于,强化中医药院校构建一种具备中西医结合预防特色与医防融合能力的预防医学人才培养模式,为培养中西融通的现代公共卫生复合型人才提供参考。Under the guidance of the ambitious blueprint of"Healthy China 2030",in the face of the severe challenges brought by the prevention and control of the novel coronavirus pneumonia epidemic,the demand for talent training in Chinese public health system has been raised to a new height,especially the training of high-quality professionals who can cope with complex public health problems.With its unique advantages,Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)prevention and control strategy has demonstrated inestimable value in all public health emergencies and highlighted its irreplaceability in the public health system.Therefore,Chinese medicine colleges and universities have unique advantages in cultivating public health talents with the characteristics of integrated Chinese and Western medicine and prevention,but they also face many challenges such as late start,small scale,shortage of teachers,and unclear training paths for differentiated talents.Taking Chengdu University of TCM as an example,this paper aims to analyze the dfficulties faced by the training of preventive medicine talents in TCM colleges over the years,and put forward the path of reform practice.The core is to strengthen the Chinese medicine colleges and universities to build a preventive medicine talent training model with the characteristics of the combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine and the integration of medical and preventive medicine,to provide reference for training modern public health composite talents integrating East and West.
