摘　　要：美国烧伤协会于2023年12月更新并发布了《烧伤休克复苏临床实践指南》。该指南是2008年发布的《烧伤休克复苏实践指南》的延伸和细化,主要针对成人烧伤休克的急性液体复苏提供循证推荐意见。为使临床医务人员更好地应用2023版指南,该文重点对该指南进行解读。The American Burn Association updated and released the"Clinical practice guidelines on burn shock resuscitation"in December 2023.This guideline is an extension and refinement of the"Practice guidelines on burn shock resuscitation"released in 2008.It mainly provides evidence-based recommendations for acute fluid resuscitation in adults with burn shock.In order to enable clinicians to better apply the 2023 guideline,this article focuses on the interpretation of the guideline.
