摘  要:为了提升110 kV输电线路的防雷性能,提出一种基于组合赋权法和模糊综合评估法的防雷改造评估方法。首先根据不同防雷措施下的差异化原理,筛选出差异化指标作为防雷措施的优化对象;然后,提出熵权法(EWM)与改进层次分析法(IAHP)组合赋权的方式法对线路防雷措施的权重值进行赋值,并建立以模糊综合评价法的防雷评估模型。最后,针对华东南110 kV某输电线路实例进行防雷验证。结果表明:基于文中所提的防雷方法能全面地评估输电线路的防雷措施,优化后线路杆塔的绕击和反击跳闸率分别降低72%和53%,说明文中所提方法取得了预期效果。In order to improve the lightning protection performance of 110 kV transmission line,a lightning protection retrofit evaluation method based on combined weighting method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is proposed.Firstly,according to the principle of differentiation under different lightning protection measures,differentiated indicators are selected as the optimization objects of lightning protection measures;the weight value of lightning protection measures is assigned,and a lightning protection evaluation model based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is established.Finally,lightning protection verification is carried out for an example of a 110 kV transmission line in southeast China.The results show that:based on the lightning protection method proposed in this paper,the lightning protection measures of the transmission line can be comprehensively evaluated,and the shielding and counterattack trip rates of the line towers are reduced by 72%and 53%respectively after optimization,indicating that the method proposed has achieved the expected results.
