摘  要:10 kV配电网单相接地故障稳态选线方法受故障电阻、谐振接地电网补偿的影响较大,且信噪比较低;而暂态选线方法虽然信噪比较高,且受故障电阻、谐振接地电网补偿的影响较小,但具有依赖特征频带选取以及信号持续时间短,信号与暂态干扰信号产生混叠严重的特点。为了进一步提高选线成功率,本研究探索了一种融合暂稳态特征信息的选线方法,通过在Matlab仿真平台中搭建10 kV配电网系统的高精度pi模型网络,分析故障信号的暂稳态特征,在三相不平衡、支路开合闸等干扰条件下。对单相接地故障零序电流信号的暂稳态分量进行的仿真和实测波形对比研究表明,在利用暂态选线算法选线的同时,还需要参考故障暂态低频分量特征或稳态工频分量特征做出判定,以确保选线准确性。The steady state method is greatly affected by fault resistance and resonant grounding network compensation,and the signal-to-noise ratio is low;Although the transient method has a high signal-to-noise ratio and is less affected by fault resistance and resonant grounding network compensation,it has the characteristics of relying on the selection of characteristic frequency band,short signal duration,and serious aliasing between signals and transient interference signals.In order to further improve the success rate of line selection,the author explores a line selection method that integrates transient and steady state feature information.By building a high-precision pi model network of 10 kV distribution network system in the MATLAB simulation platform,the transient and steady state characteristics of fault signals are analyzed under the interference conditions of three-phase imbalance,branch opening and closing.The comparative study of the simulation and measured waveforms of the transient and steady state components of the zero sequence current signal of single-phase ground fault shows that,while using the transient line selection algorithm to select the line,it is also necessary to refer to the characteristics of the fault transient low frequency components or the characteristics of the steady-state power frequency components to make decisions to ensure the accuracy of the line selection.
