摘 要:复合绝缘子芯棒酥朽断裂事故频发,其原因大多与芯棒劣化有关,而芯棒承担着整个绝缘子的机械载荷,因此有必要研究芯棒劣化特性及机理。建立了盐雾环境下耐压试验平台以模拟湿气入侵环境,在不同电导率盐雾和不同电压下开展了芯棒耐压试验,并对比了一定时间内盐雾微电流蚀损老化和湿热水煮老化两种老化形式对芯棒材料玻璃纤维力学性能的影响。通过对玻璃纤维全新样品及老化样品采用现代材料分析手段检测发现,微电流作用下水分子对玻璃纤维的物理冲击引发水解反应是造成玻璃纤维力学性能下降的重要原因,芯棒水煮老化后力学性能的下降主要则是由湿热条件的水解反应引起的,该研究成果为探究芯棒劣化及芯棒酥朽断裂事故诊断提供了理论和试验依据。The brittle fracture accidents of composite insulator core rod occur frequently.Most of the reasons are related to the deterioration of the core rod.As the core rod bears the mechanical load of the whole insulator,it is necessary to study the deterioration characteristics and mechanism of the core rod.A withstand voltage test platform under a salt spray environment was established to simulate the moisture invasion environment.The mandrel withstand voltage test was carried out under salt spray with different conductivity and different voltage,and the effects of salt spray microcurrent erosion aging and wet hot water boiling aging on the mechanical properties of the glass fiber of the core rod material in a certain period of time were compared.The modern material analysis method is used to detect new and aged samples of glass fiber.It is found that the hydrolysis reaction caused by the physical impact of water molecules on glass fiber under the action of microcurrent is an important reason for the decline of mechanical properties of glass fiber.The decline of mechanical properties after the core rod is boiled and aged is mainly caused by the hydrolysis reaction under hot and humid conditions.The research results provide a theoretical and experimental basis for investigating mandrel deterioration and the diagnosis of mandrel brttle fracture accident.
