摘　　要：目的分析2013—2022年重庆市忠县居民伤害死亡原因,为伤害防治工作提供参考。方法分析2013—2022年忠县居民死因ICD-10编码为V01-Y98的伤害死亡数据,应用Excel 2016计算伤害死因的粗死亡率、标化死亡率和死因顺位,应用SPSS 26.0软件对不同性别和年龄别的伤害死因进行χ^(2)检验,双侧检验水准α=0.01。结果2013—2022年重庆市忠县居民共死亡67177例,其中伤害死亡4852例,伤害死亡占全死因构成比7.22%,年均伤害标化死亡率56.47/10万,其中男性为74.04/10万,女性为38.19/10万,男性伤害标化死亡率高于女性(χ^(2)=136.253,P<0.001)。伤害死因顺位前5位分别是意外跌落、交通事故、自杀、意外淹溺和中毒,除自杀男性排第3位女性排第2位外,其他死因顺位男女一致。首位伤害死因0~14岁组为意外淹溺,15~64岁组为交通事故,≥65岁组为意外跌落,不同年龄组伤害死因构成不同(χ^(2)=919.669,P<0.001)。788例自杀中,杀虫剂自杀和上吊自杀占78.93%。结论意外跌落、交通事故、自杀、意外淹溺和意外中毒是危害忠县居民健康的主要伤害死因,是伤害防治工作的重点,同时应根据不同性别、不同年龄组的伤害死亡特征,制定相应的防治策略。Objective To analyze the causes of injury deaths among residents in Zhong County,Chongqing from 2013 to 2022,and to provide reference for injury prevention and control.Methods The injury death data of residents in Zhong County with the ICD-10 code V01-Y98 from 2013 to 2022 were analyzed.The crude mortality rate,the standardized mortality rate,and the cause of death order of injury deaths were calculated by Excel 2016.SPSS 26.0 was used to analyze injury death causes of different genders and ages with Chi-square test.Bilateral test level wasα=0.01.Results From 2013to 2022,there were 67177 deaths among residents in Zhong County,Chongqing,including 4852deaths from injuries,accounting for 7.22%of the total cause of death.The average annual standardized injury mortality rate was 56.47/105,with 74.04/105in males and 38.19/105in females.The average injury standardized mortality rate in males was higher than that in females(χ^(2)=136.253,P<0.001).The top 5 causes of injury deaths were accidental fall,traffic accident,suicide,accidental drowning and poisoning.Except for suicide,which ranked third in males and second in females,the other causes of death ranked the same in both men and women.The 0-14 years old group had the first cause of injury death due to accidental drowning,the 15-64 years old group had the first cause of injury death due to traffic accident,and the≥65 years old group had the first cause of injury death due to accidental fall.The composition of the cause of injury deaths was different in different age groups(χ^(2)=919.669,P<0.001).Among the 788 suicides,insecticide suicide and hanging suicide accounted for 78.93%.Conclusions Accidental fall,traffic accident,suicide,accidental drowning and accidental poisoning are the main causes of injury deaths that endanger the health of residents in Zhong County,which should be the focus of injury prevention and control work.At the same time,corresponding prevention and control strategies should be formulated based on the characteristics of injury deaths in diff
