摘  要:Dear Editor,The potato is the most important tuber crop,playing an important role in ensuring world food security.The genome of the cultivated species(DM,a doubled monoploid type)was first released in 2011 and has been continually updated as the most popular reference(Yang et al.,2023).Recently,a high-quality assembly of tetraploid C88 was released(Bao et al.,2022).
