摘　　要：脊髓电刺激手术作为一种神经调控疗法,在国内外逐渐被广泛应用于慢性顽固性疼痛的治疗,可以达到立竿见影减轻疼痛的效果,随着适应症的不断拓展,在治疗下肢缺血疼痛方面也取得了长足进展。本文通过一个临床病例进行分析,并文献复习,详细讲解了脊髓电刺激手术的方法和有效性。Spinal cord electrical stimulation surgery,as a neuroregulatory therapy,is gradually being widely used in the treatment of chronic refractory pain both domestically and internationally,achieving immediate pain relief.With the continuous expansion of indications,significant progress has been made in the treatment of lower limb ischemic pain.This article analyzes a clinical case and reviews the literature to provide a detailed explanation of the methods and effectiveness of spinal cord electrical stimulation surgery.
