摘 要:铁路工程施工难度大、要求高,迫切需要采用新技术提高工程建设质量和品质。BIM作为前沿趋势技术之一,改变了传统的生产模式,助力实现工程现场全方位数字化管理。结合兰新客专地震灾害复旧工程进展情况,开展BIM技术探索性应用,系统验证铁路行业标准和软件研发体系,极大提升了专业建模效率。实施多专业协同、施工优化和三维技术交底等综合应用,创造出良好的经济和社会效益,是铁路BIM技术落地应用的典范。研发基于BIM技术的智能建造管理系统,将工程建造过程中的进度、质量、安全等多维信息与BIM模型深度融合,实现精细化、模块化管理,辅助施工决策,为工程项目信息化管理奠定基础,具有良好的推广和借鉴意义。The construction of railway engineering is difficult and requires high standards,and there is an urgent need to adopt new technologies to improve the quality of engineering construction.As one of the cutting-edge technologies,BIM has changed the traditional production mode and helped achieve comprehensive digital management of engineering sites.Combined with the progress of the earthquake disaster restoration project on the Lanzhou-Xinjiang Passenger Dedicated Line,exploratory application of BIM technology was carried out,and the system validation of railway industry standards and software development system were systematically verified,greatly improving the efficiency of professional modeling.Implementing comprehensive applications such as multi disciplinary collaboration,construction optimization,and 3D technical disclosure to create good economic and social benefits is a model for the implementation and application of railway BIM technology.Developing an intelligent construction management system based on BIM technology,which deeply integrates multi-dimensional information such as progress,quality,and safety during the construction process with the BIM model,achieves refined and modular management,assists construction decision-making,and lays the foundation for information management of engineering projects.It has good promotion and reference significance.
