摘  要:掌子面不能稳定是诱发破碎岩体隧道大变形的重要因素,玻璃纤维锚杆超前加固掌子面对于稳定掌子面有积极作用,但是其合理加固范围目前缺乏研究。针对破碎岩体隧道施工中出现的大变形控制问题,通过设置不同玻璃纤维锚杆加固范围和长度,进行锚杆轴力现场测试分析,对比其加固效果和工效。研究结果表明:(1)两种玻璃纤维锚杆加固范围均可有效控制掌子面稳定,进而有效控制隧道大变形;(2)玻璃纤维锚杆加固范围较大且长度较长时,锚杆轴力较大,相应的加固范围较小且长度较短时,锚杆轴力较小,主要原因在于加固范围大且长的加固体刚度较大、荷载大;(3)三台阶法上台阶部分采用9 m长的玻纤锚杆,搭接长度3 m,可有效控制掌子面的稳定,且工效较高。The instability of the tunnel face is an important factor that induces the large deformation of the broken rock tunnel.The advance reinforcement of the tunnel face with fiberglass bolts has a positive effect on stabilizing the tunnel face,but its reasonable reinforcement range is currently lacking in research.Aiming at the problem of large deformation control in the construction of broken rock mass tunnel,the field test and analysis of the axial force of the bolt are carried out by setting different fiberglass bolt reinforcement range and length,and the reinforcement effect and work efficiency are compared.The results show that:(1)the two kinds of fiberglass bolt reinforcement range can effectively control the stability of the tunnel face,and then effectively control the large deformation of the tunnel.(2)When the reinforcement range of fiberglass bolt is large and the length is long,the axial force of the bolt is large,and the corresponding reinforcement range is small and the length is short,the axial force of the bolt is small,the main reason is that the reinforcement range is extensive,the long reinforcement stiffness is considerable and the load is large.(3)The upper step part of the three-bench method adopts a 9-meter fiberglass bolt with an overlapping length of 3-meter,which can effectively control the stability of the tunnel face and has high efficiency.
