摘 要:目前铁路混凝土连续梁竖向预应力采用后张法施工竖向预应力筋(精轧螺纹钢),由于现有竖向预应力材料(精轧螺纹钢筋)延性差、安装垂直度控制困难、后张法压浆质量难以保证、张拉应力不可控等因素,易引起竖向预应力筋断裂窜出事故,存在安全隐患;另外,针对现有连续梁或T型刚构悬臂灌注施工装备存在工效低、机械化程度不高、部分材料材质得不到保证等问题,研发出一套集先张法施工竖向预应力筋及梁段悬臂灌注于一体的XZXG-4型造桥机装备,其具有稳定性好、机械化程度高、人为干预少、安装拆除方便且安全可靠的特点。本文详细阐述造桥机结构构成、施工关键技术,并对装备整体受力进行有限元分析。At present,the post-tensioning method is used to construct the vertical prestressing bar(finish-rolled thread steel bar)of the railway concrete continuous beam,due to the bad ductility of the existing vertical prestressing material(finish-rolled thread steel bar),the difficulty in controlling the verticality of installation,the difficulty in guaranteeing the quality of post-tensioning grouting,and the uncontrollable tensile stress,etc.,it is easy to cause the fracture and break-out accident of the vertical prestressed bar,and there is a hidden danger.In addition,there are some problems such as low work efficiency,low mechanization,and unensured material quality for continuous beam or T-type rigid frame cantilever pouring construction equipment.To sum up,this paper studies a set of XZXG-4 bridge-building machine equipment which integrates the construction of vertical prestressing bar by pretensioning method and cantilever pouring of beam section,this equipment has the characteristics of good stability,high degree of mechanization,less human intervention,easy installation and dismantling,and safe and reliable.This article elaborates on the structural composition and key construction technologies of bridge-building machines,and conducts finite element analysis on the overall stress of the equipment.
