摘 要:T/R组件为相控阵天线的主要热源,天线阵面温度控制是相控阵天线热设计的关键技术之一。本文介绍了一种风冷相控阵天线,采用4个天线阵面圆周分布,中部布置处理机,底部布置风机的总体布局。将T/R组件的热量通过L型散热器传导至底部散热翅片,与处理机底部散热齿形成十字风道,最后通过底部风机散热,实现将设备舱与风道隔离。利用FloEFD热仿真软件进行热仿真分析,合理优化风道。通过实物试验验证天线热设计合理性,为其他类似相控阵天线设计提供了参考,具有较好的指导意义。T/R module is the main heat source of phased array antenna,and temperature control of antenna array is one of the key technologies in thermal design of phased array antenna.This article introduces a wind induced phased array antenna,which uses four antenna arrays distributed in a circular pattern,with a processing unit arranged in the middle and a fan arranged at the bottom.The overall layout transfers the heat from the T/R module to the bottom heat dissipation fins through an L-shaped heat sink,Form a cross shaped air duct with the bottom heat dissipation teeth of the processor,and finally dissipate heat through the bottom fan to isolate the equipment compartment from the air duct.Use FloEFD thermal simulation software for thermal simulation analysis and optimize the air duct reasonably.The rationality of antenna thermal design has been verified through physical experiments,providing valuable guidance for the design of other similar phased array antennas.
