摘　　要：设计了一种新型的积冰冻雨喷淋装置,克服了传统积冰冻雨喷淋装置试验过程中存在的诸多弊端,如低温条件下喷头积冰堵塞导致样品表面结冰不均匀,结冰类型单一等问题。本积冰冻雨喷淋装置可灵活搭建在承载样品的喷淋架上,通过更换喷头能模拟冻雨或毛毛雨产生的积冰或雾状物而引起冰的积聚的环境,针对不同规格样品可对装置进行扩展以实现较大面积的喷淋结冰,既能控制喷淋的降雨量,还可控制喷淋冷水的温度,并且满足低温条件下管道和喷头不会结冰堵塞。通过对比试验,验证了该新型积冰冻雨喷淋装置在试验中,比传统积冰冻雨喷淋装置更优越。Designed a new type of icing and freezing rain spray device that overcomes the many disadvantages existing during the test process of the traditional icing and freezing rain spray device,such as the uneven freezing of samples due to icing blockage of sprinkler nozzles at low temperatures,and the single type of icing.This new icing and freezing rain spray device can be flexibly installed on a sprinkling frame that supports the samples,and can simulate the environment of icing accumulation caused by freezing rain or misty raindrops by replacing the nozzles.The device can be extended for larger spraying coverage for different size samples,which can control the amount of sprinkled rain and the temperature of the sprinkled cold water,and also ensure that the pipes and nozzles will not freeze and block under low temperature conditions.Through contrast test,it was verified that this new icing and freezing rain spray device is superior to traditional icing and freezing rain spray devices in testing.
