摘　　要：随着城市化进程的加快和城市规模的不断扩大,城市问题日益凸显。为解决这些问题,智慧城市的概念应运而生。智慧城市是指利用物联网、云计算、大数据等新一代信息技术来推动城市规划、建设、管理和服务的智能化。其中,作为智慧城市建设的重要组成部分,通信软交换技术对于提升城市信息化水平、优化城市管理模式具有重要意义。With the acceleration of urbanization,the scale of cities continues to expand,and urban problems are becoming increasingly prominent.To address these issues,the concept of smart cities has emerged.Smart cities utilize new generation information technologies such as the Internet of Things,cloud computing,and big data to promote the intelligence of urban planning,construction,management,and services.Among them,communication soft switch technology,as an important component of smart city construction,is of great significance for improving the level of urban informatization and optimizing urban management models.
