摘　　要：为解决乡村信息闭塞、发展空间有限、人才资源流失及农副产品无法及时处理等问题,开发了一款基于微信小程序的乡村本地招聘信息工具。该工具通过分析本地各大工厂的用工需求和求职者的自身条件,实现了职位查看、简历投递等基本功能。其中,系统界面简洁明了,便于不同类型的用户按需查看信息或发布内容。系统采用MySQL作为数据库,确保了数据的有效存储,增强了前后端的紧密联系。To solve the problems of rural information blockage,limited development space,loss of talent resources,and inability to handle agricultural and sideline products in a timely manner,a rural local recruitment information tool based on WeChat mini program has been developed.This tool achieves basic functions such as job viewing and resume submission by analyzing the employment needs of major local factories and the personal conditions of job seekers.Among them,the system interface is concise and clear,making it easy for different types of users to view information or publish content as needed.The system uses MySQL as the database to ensure effective storage of data and enhance the close connection between the front-end and back-end.
