摘　　要：研究智能电表多费率扩展移植方法,以满足不断变化的能源计费需求。首先阐述了智能电表的基本原理、功能及目前常用的多费率计费结构;然后提出了将智能电表从现有的多费率扩展到更多费率层级的移植方法,包括硬件升级、固件更新、数据库更新、用户界面更新和通信协议更新等方面的技术步骤;最后针对每个步骤进行了讨论,并提出了相应的建议和注意事项。The method of extending and porting smart meters from multiple rates was studied to meet the constantly changing energy billing needs.First the basic principles and functions of smart meters were reviewed,as well as the commonly used multi rate billing structures.Then a porting method was proposed to extend smart meters from existing multiple rate to more rate levels.This includes technical steps such as hardware upgrades,firmware updates,database updates,user interface updates,and communication protocol updates.Finally detailed discussions were carried out on each step and corresponding implementation suggestions and precautions were proposed.
