摘 要:某核电厂在功率运行期间,氢气供应系统双壁管外套管弯头区域多次发生泄漏。为查明原因,采用宏观及显微组织分析、成分分析、硬度测试等方法对开裂的弯头进行失效分析。结果表明,不锈钢弯头发生了应力腐蚀开裂。为此提出相应改进措施,有效地解决了功率运行期间氢气供应系统双壁管外套管弯头泄漏问题,为其他机组解决类似问题提供了借鉴。During the power operation of a nuclear plant,several leakages occurred in the outer casing elbow area of the double wall pipe of the hydrogen supply system.In order to find out the reason,macro and microstructure analysis,composition analysis,hardness test,and other methods were used to perform failure analysis on the cracked elbow.The results showed that stress corrosion cracking occurred in stainless steel elbows.Rectification measures have been proposed,and the leakage problem of outer casing elbow for double wall pipe of hydrogen supply system during power operation has been effectively addressed.This case analysis provides useful information for other units to solve similar problems.
