摘 要:为实现针对造纸机干燥部的自动化控制,降低造纸企业的生产经营成本,基于造纸机干燥部工艺流程提出了相应的控制要点,针对热泵开度、气罩送风温度和排风温湿度等关键变量设计控制方案。在此基础上,以S7-300系列PLC为核心控制元件建立造纸机干燥部控制系统,通过西门子STEP7和WinCC软件建立该系统的控制逻辑和图形化操作界面,展示了干燥部控制系统的图形化设计效果。为验证造纸机干燥部控制系统的应用效果,将该系统应用于某造纸企业的干燥部运行管理工作,记录了系统投入应用期间的吨纸电耗和吨纸汽耗数据。经实际应用发现,基于PLC控制平台的造纸机干燥部控制系统能够有效降低干燥部的用电量和蒸汽消耗量,具有一定的应用价值。In order to realize the automatic control of the drying section of the paper machine,reduce the production and operation costs of paper enterprises.Based on the process flow of the dryer section of the paper machine,the corresponding control points were proposed,and the control scheme was designed for the key variables such as heat pump opening,air hood feeding temperature,and exhaust temperature and humidity.On this basis,the S7-300 series PLC was used as the core control element to establish the paper machine dryer part control system,and the control logic and graphical operation interface of the system were established through Simozi STEP7 and WinCC software,and the graphical design effect of the dryer section control system was demonstrated.In order to verify the application effect of the dryer part control system of the paper machine,the system was applied to the operation and management of the dryer section of a papermaking enterprise,and the power consumption and steam consumption data per ton of paper were recorded during the application of the system.Through practical application,it is found that the paper machine dryer control system based on PLC control platform can effectively reduce the steam consumption of electricity consumption in the dryer section,which has certain application value.
