摘 要:造纸机干燥部的热力调控系统作为节能减排的关键技术,对促进能效提升与实现成本控制具有显著意义。基于此,着眼于高速纸机干燥段的能耗及其工作过程,通过将干燥部划分为蒸汽冷凝水系统、气罩通风系统及热回收系统三个关键部分,并针对性地提出各自的参数计算方法,旨在实现对干燥部能耗的精确优化。基于西门子S7-300 PLC平台,进一步设计了一套高效的热力控制系统,涵盖了控制重点的深度分析、硬件配置选择以及软件设计方案,力求通过科技创新推动我国造纸工业的绿色转型。As a key technology of energy saving and emission reduction,the thermal control system of drying department of paper machine has significant significance in promoting energy efficiency and cost control.This study focuses on the energy consumption and working process of drying section of high speed paper machine.The drying section is divided into three key parts:steam condensate system,hood ventilation system and heat recovery system,and their respective parameter calculation methods are proposed to achieve accurate optimization of the energy consumption of drying section.Based on Siemens S7-300 PLC platform,this study further designed a set of efficient thermal control system,covering the in-depth analysis of control focus,hardware configuration selection and software design scheme,and strive to promote the green transformation of China's paper industry through scientific and technological innovation.
