摘 要:实验以丛生竹—麻竹、散生竹—毛竹和工业化使用的针叶木浆为原材料,经过相同处理后,制备高紧度铝电解电容器隔膜。结果表明同打浆度下,竹浆的细小纤维含量、卷曲指数均大于针叶木浆;物理性能方面,麻竹浆的吸水性最高为32.69 g·m^(-2),高于针叶木浆同等条件下吸水值31.09 g·m^(-2),高出5.2%;绝缘性能方面,80°SR和95°SR的麻竹隔膜交流击穿强度为12.04 kV·mm^(-1)、17.79 kV·mm^(-1);毛竹隔膜交流击穿强度为11.95 kV·mm^(-1)、18.06 kV·mm^(-1);针叶木隔膜交流击穿强度为10.68 kV·mm^(-1)、17.63kV·mm^(-1),竹浆隔膜的交流击穿强度均大于针叶木隔膜。The experiment utilized three types of materials:tufted bamboo-jatropha,loose bamboo-moso bamboo,and the coniferous wood pulp used industrially.After in the same processing,high-density aluminum electrolytic capacitor separators were produced.The results indicated that,at the same beating degree,bamboo pulp contained more fine fibers and had a higher curl index compared to the coniferous wood pulp.In terms of physical properties,the coniferous wood exhibited the highest water absorption at 32.69 g·m^(-2),which was 5.2% greater than 31.09 g·m^(-2) of the coniferous wood under similar conditions.In terms of insulation performance,the AC breakdown strengths of 80°SR and 95°SR jatropha separators were 12.04 kV·mm^(-1) a nd 17.79 kV·mm^(-1),respectively.Moso bamboo separators displayed breakdown strengths of 11.95 kV·mm^(-1) a nd 18.06 kV·mm^(-1),while the coniferous wood pulp had values of 10.68 kV·mm^(-1) and 17.63 kV·mm^(-1).Overall,bamboo pulp separators consistently demonstrated superior AC breakdown strength compared to the coniferous wood.
