摘  要:为实现对图书馆老旧资料的有效保护,提升纸张在长时间老化作用下的物理性能,通过3-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷对纳米SiO_(2)实施改性处理,并将改性纳米SiO_(2)与异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、2,2-二羟甲基丙酸等高分子材料结合起来制备出了一种纳米SiO_(2)/WPS复合保护材料。为验证该材料的有效性,将该材料涂布于宣纸表面并对其进行老化测试和物理性能测试。根据试验结果可知,纳米SiO_(2)/WPS复合保护材料能够有效提升纸张的耐老化性能和防水性能,且当纳米SiO_(2)的质量分数为0.5%时,该材料的综合性能最为理想。In order to achieve the effective protection of old library materials,the physical properties of paper under long-term aging should be improved.In this study,nano-SiO_(2) was modified by 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane,and a nano-SiO_(2)/WPU composite protective material was prepared by combining the modified nano SiO_(2) with polymer materials such as isophorone diisocyanate and 2,2-dihydroxymethylpropionic acid.In order to verify the effectiveness of the material,the material was coated on the surface of rice paper and subjected to aging tests and physical property tests.According to the test results,it can be seen that the nano-SiO_(2)/WPU composite protective material can effectively improve the aging resistance and waterproof performance of the paper,and when the mass fraction of nano-SiO_(2) is 0.5%,the comprehensive performance of the material is the most ideal.
