摘 要:为实现对造纸机压榨部运行故障的准确识别,提升车间生产现场工作人员的管理能力,通过QZ2013-Y型压电式加速度传感器采集造纸机压榨部各部件的振动频率信号,并对所采集到的振动信号实施傅立叶逆变换和开方处理,进而得到压榨部变速箱在X、Y、Z三个方向的振动信号倒频谱,最后根据造纸机的振动信号特征来监测压榨部的运行状态。根据振动信号倒频谱输出结果可知,融合傅立叶逆变换和开方处理的二次频谱分析方法能够较为明显地展示出频率峰值,帮助车间生产管理人员了解压榨部振动状态,具有一定的应用价值。In order to achieve accurate identification of operational faults in the press section of a paper machine and improve the management ability of workshop production personnel,the QZ2013-Y piezoelectric accelerometer was used to collect vibration frequency signals of various components in the press section of the paper machine.The collected vibration signals were subjected to Fourier transform and square root processing,and the inverted frequency spectra of the vibration signals of the press section gearbox in the X,Y,and Z directions were obtained.Finally,the operating status of the press section was monitored based on the vibration signal characteristics of the paper machine.According to the output results of the inverse frequency spectrum of the vibration signal,it can be seen that the quadratic frequency spectrum analysis method that integrates Fourier transform and square root processing can clearly display the frequency peak,helping production management personnel to relieve the vibration state of the compression part,and has certain application value.
