摘　　要：近年来,造纸行业进入了由高速发展阶段转向高质量发展的新经济时代。造纸科技英语专业学习日趋重要。与英语必修课程有所不同,造纸科技英语词汇量大,生僻词多,记忆困难,大部分学生在学习过程中比较吃力,难以准确理解文章意思。针对这一问题,着重分析了英语构词法的相关概念,提出造纸科技英语构词的几种方式,并探究了构词法在造纸科技英语词汇教学中的应用策略,以期为造纸科技英语教学提供借鉴。in recent years,the paper industry has entered a new economic era from a high-speed development stage to a high-quality development,and the learning of paper technology English major is becoming increasingly important.Different from English compulsory courses,papermaking technology English has a large vocabulary,a lot of strange words,and memory difficulties.Most of the students are hard-working in the learning process,and it is difficult to understand the meaning of the article accurately.In view of this problem,this study focuses on the analysis of the relevant concepts of English word formation,puts forward several ways of word formation in papermaking technology English,and explores the application strategies of word formation in papermaking technology English vocabulary teaching,so as to provide reference for papermaking technology English teaching.
