摘 要:随着工程建设领域对于数字化、信息化的要求不断提高,针对当前BIM(建筑信息模型)应用过程中存在的与现场结合度低,各阶段信息中断等问题,借助AR(增强现实)技术具有的在真实场景叠加模型的功能,以烟台港西港区液化天然气(LNG)项目配套码头工程为例,搭建项目BIM+AR可视化管理平台。在搭建项目电子沙盘并开展BIM基础应用基础上,探究BIM+AR技术在高桩码头应用优势,通过建成模拟、施工交底、校核比对、管控进度等的综合应用,可有效提高施工效率与施工精细化管理水平。With the continuous improvement of the requirements for digitization and informatization in the field of engineering construction,in view of the problems existing in the application process of BIM(building information model),such as low integration with the site and information interruption at various stages,AR(augmented reality)technology has the function of superimposing models in real scenes.The project BIM+AR visual management platform is built by taking the supporting wharf project of Yantai Port west port area liquefied natural gas(LNG)project as an example.On the basis of building the project electronic sand table and carrying out the basic application of BIM,the application advantages of BIM+AR technology in high pile wharf are explored.Through the comprehensive application of completion simulation,construction guidance,verification and comparison,and progress control etc.It can effectively improve the construction efficiency and fine management level of construction.
