论社区矫正文化的培育

摘　　要：社区矫正文化是刑事执行中所产生和创造的特定领域的文化形态。培育社区矫正文化的基本目标就是通过社区矫正文化的建设,提升社区矫正多元参与主体的认同感和归属感,应用文化的内在魅力矫正教育社区矫正对象。通过社区矫正内在的多元文化融合发展,增强社区矫正文化凝聚力;通过从历史文化中继承和发展优秀的文化、创新社区矫正内容和形式、培育社区居民的社会责任意识、社区矫正多元参与主体的有效合作等,共同建构具有中国特色的社区矫正文化体系。Community correction culture is a specific cultural form generated and created in the field of criminal execution.The basic goal of cultivating community correction culture is to enhance the sense of identity and belonging of diverse participants in community correction through the construction of community correction culture,and to apply the inherent charm of culture to correct and educate community correction objects.Enhance the cultural cohesion of community correction through the integration and development of diverse cultures within the community;By inheriting and developing excellent culture from history and culture,innovating the content and form of community correction,cultivating the social responsibility awareness of community residents,and effectively cooperating with diverse participants in community correction,we can jointly construct a community correction cultural system with Chinese characteristics.
