摘 要:目的探究影响用户节气养生食品食用意愿的因素,提出节气养生饮食产品设计策略.方法通过用户访谈、文献研究和线上开放性问卷收集用户对节气养生食品的食用评价,并使用sPSs软件进行因子分析,利用线性回归分析确定各因子与食用意愿之间的关系.结果文化背景、功能质量、易用性、多样性是影响用户节气养生食品食用意愿的重要因素.其中,文化背景、功能质量和多样性有显著正向影响.结论研究具有数据基础,为节气养生食品相关产品设计实践提供策略参考.Objective The research aims to explore the main factors affecting users willingness to have seasonal health-preserving diets,and then propose optimization suggestions for the design of such dietary products.Method User evaluations of seasonal health-preserving diet were collected through user interviews,literature review,and online open-ended questionnaires.Factor analysis was conducted using the SPsS software,and linear regression was used to determine the relationship between various factors and the users'willingness.Result The results indicate that cultural background,functional quality,ease of use,and diversity are important factors infuencing users willingness to adopt seasonal health-preserving dietary products.Among thesefactors,culturalbackgroundfunctional qualityand diversityhave a significant positive impactwhile easeofuse has a relatively low impact.Conclusion With the statistical support,the study further provides strategic reference for related design practice.
