饲料中添加葵花盘粉对肉羊生产性能和羊肉品质的影响

摘　　要：目的研究饲料中添加不同水平葵花盘粉对湖羊生产性能和肉品质的影响。方法试验选用40只3月龄左右湖羊公羊羔,随机分为4组,每组10只。各组精料中葵花盘粉添加水平分别为0%(CK组)、5%(Ⅰ组)、10%(Ⅱ组)、15%(Ⅲ组)。结果Ⅱ组羊的平均日增质量显著高于CK组(p<0.05),Ⅰ组、Ⅲ组较CK组差异不显著;Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组与CK组相较,屠宰率、眼肌面积,净肉率、GR值差异不显著,Ⅲ组与CK组相较,眼肌面积减小,差异显著(p<0.05),屠宰率、净肉率、GR值差异不显著;Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组羊肉的PH 45 min、剪切力、滴水损失与CK组相较差异不显著,但Ⅲ组熟肉率与CK组相较降低,差异显著(p<0.05),其他各组间差异不显著。结论精料中添加适量的葵花盘粉,能够提高湖羊的平均日增质量,对屠宰性能和肉品质没有显著影响。The experiment was conducted to study the effects of differentⅠevels of sunflower powder on the production performance and meat quality of Hu sheep.40 male Hu lambs aged about 3 months were randomly divided into 4 groups with 10 lambs in each group.The additional levels of sunflower disk powder in the concentrate of each group were 0(Group CK),5%(GroupⅠ),10%(GroupⅡ),and 15%(GroupⅢ),respectively.The results showed that the average daily gain of sheep in GroupⅡwas significantly higher than that in Group CK(p<0.05),and there was no significant difference between Group I and GroupⅢcompared with Group CK.Compared with Group CK,the slaughter rate,eye muscle area,net meat rate and GR value of Group I and Group II were not significantly different.Compared with Group CK,the eye muscle area of GroupⅢdecreased significantly(p<0.05),and the slaughter rate,net meat rate,and GR value were not significantly different.The shear force,PH(45 min)value and drip loss of mutton in GroupⅠ,GroupⅡ,and GroupⅢwere not significantly different from those in Group CK,but the cooked meat rate in GroupⅢwas significantly lower than that in Group CK(p<0.05),and there was no significant difference among other groups.The results showed that the addition of an appropriate amount of sunflower plate powder in concentrate could improve the weight gain of Hu sheep,and had no significant effect on slaughter performance and meat quality.
