摘  要:数字经济已成为推动我国经济发展的新动能,对居民消费结构升级产生了重要影响。以数字经济驱动消费升级,有利于丰富消费供给、改善消费结构、提升消费品质、释放消费潜力。然而,当前数字经济驱动消费升级中还面临着基础设施建设滞后、消费结构矛盾突出、消费场景发展受限、数字消费问题频发等阻滞困境。据此,提出数字经济驱动消费升级的实践方略,即推进数字经济发展,完善数字基础设施建设;持续调整消费结构,充分释放数据要素价值;合理布局数字产业,加快创新消费场景模式;优化行业市场环境,促进数字消费治理升级。Digital economy has become a new driving force for China's economic development,and it has had a significant impact on the upgrading of residents'consumption structure.Driving consumption upgrading with the digital economy is conducive to enriching consumption supply,improving consumption structure,enhancing consumption quality,and unleashing consumption potential.However,there are still obstacles such as lagging infrastructure construction,prominent contradictions in consumption structure,limited development of consumption scenarios,and frequent digital consumption problems in current digital economy driven consumption upgrading.Thus,a practical strategy for driving consumption upgrading through the digital economy is proposed,which includes promoting the development of the digital economy and improving the construction of digital infrastructure,continuously adjusting the consumption structure and fully unleashing the value of data elements,reasonably allocating the digital industry and accelerating the innovation of consumption scenario models,and optimizing the industry market environment and promoting the upgrading of digital consumption governance.
