摘  要:采用原位溶剂热法在粘胶水刺非织造材料(VSN)表面合成了金属有机框架材料NH_(2)-MOF-199,制备了NH_(2)-MOF-199@粘胶水刺复合非织造材料(NH_(2)-MOF-199@VSN);然后,将NH_(2)-MOF-199@VSN经200℃高温煅烧,得到炭化后的NH_(2)-MOF-199@VSNC。结果表明,呈八面体结构的NH_(2)-MOF-199晶体粒子被均匀、致密地固定在VSN表面。高温炭化后,NH_(2)-MOF-199粒子的表面出现小孔和裂纹。与VSN和NH_(2)-MOF-199@VSN相比,NH_(2)-MOF-199@VSNC对亚甲基蓝(MB)的吸附效果最佳。当吸附溶液的温度为30℃,pH=7时,NH_(2)-MOF-199@VSNC对MB的吸附效率最高,为98.42%,经5次重复吸附使用后,NH_(2)-MOF-199@VSNC对MB的吸附效率仍有65.76%。NH_(2)-MOF-199@VSNC对MB的吸附是吸热、熵增且自发的过程,与准一级吸附动力学模型相比,其对MB的吸附过程更适合用准二级吸附动力学模型描述,吸附机理以化学吸附为主,伴随着物理吸附。NH_(2)-MOF-199,a kind of metal-organic framework materials,was synthesized on the surface of viscose spunlaced nonwoven material(NH_(2)-MOF-199@VSN)via in situ solvothermal method to obtain NH_(2)-MOF-199@viscose spunlaced composite nonwoven material(VSN).Then NH_(2)-MOF-199@VSNC was prepared by high-temperature calcination of NH_(2)-MOF-199@VSN at 200℃.The results show that NH_(2)-MOF-199 crystal particles with a regular octahedral structure are uniformly and compactly immobilized on the surface of VSN.After being calcinated at high temperature,some small holes and cracks appear on the surface of NH_(2)-MOF-199.Compared with VSN and NH_(2)-MOF-199@VSN,NH_(2)-MOF-199@VSNC has the best adsorption capacity for methylene blue(MB)in aqueous solution.The adsorption efficiency of NH_(2)-MOF-199@VSNC for MB reaches the maximum of 98.42%when the temperature of adsorption solution is 30℃and the pH value is 7.After being repeatedly used five cycles,the adsorption efficiency of NH_(2)-MOF-199@VSNC for MB still maintains about 65.76%.The MB adsorption process of NH_(2)-MOF-199@VSNC is a heat-absorbing,entropy-increasing and spontaneous process.Compared with the quasi-first-order adsorption kinetics model,the adsorption process is more suitable to be described by the quasi-second-order adsorption kinetics model,indicating that the MB adsorption process of NH_(2)-MOF-199@VSNC is dominated by chemical adsorption and accompanied by physical adsorption.
