摘 要:针对金属丝网槽机匣处理的扩稳效果,在一台单级低速压气机上进行了一系列的特性实验,对金属丝网槽的轴向位置、轴向宽度、金属丝网目数等敏感性参数进行了研究。25 mm槽宽的最佳轴向位置在距叶尖前缘25%弦长处(失速裕度可提高24.52%),15 mm槽宽则为16.7%弦长处(失速裕度可提高13.15%);槽宽的增加对扩稳有益但也增加了效率损失;目数增大时,扩稳效果降低,同时效率损失有所减少。进一步通过数值模拟,从流动细节及叶片载荷的角度对其扩稳机理进行探究,发现其改善了叶尖流动,并对叶尖区域的载荷进行了重新分配。A series of characteristic experiments were conducted on a single-stage low-speed compressor to investigate the stability enhancement effect of metal wire mesh casing treatment.The sensitivity parameters such as axial position,axial width,and count of the metal mesh were studied.The optimal axial position for a 25 mm groove width is at 25%chord length from the leading edge of the blade tip(stall margin can be increased by 24.52%),while for a 15 mm groove width,it is at 16.7%chord length(stall margin can be increased by 13.15%).The increase in groove width is beneficial for stability improvement but also increases efficiency loss.As the mesh size increases,the stability enhancement effect decreases and the efficiency loss decreases.Further exploration of its stability enhancing mechanism was conducted through numerical simulation from the perspectives of flow details and blade loading,and it was found that it improved the flow near the tip region and redistributed the rotor tip blade loading.
