摘 要:为了探究高压气体作用下段塞在管道内的运动学特性,利用三维CFD数值模拟实验,研究了单个高速运动段塞在含弯头空管中的冲击压力及其运动过程中的质量脱落。研究发现,段塞质量脱落系数与其运动距离成正比,且与驱动压力无关;质量脱落率与运动距离有关,与后方驱动压力及段塞初始长度无关。基于所得质量脱落率,建立了一个新的一维数学模型,并对计算结果进行了验证。结果表明,数值模拟和理论计算结果与实验结果吻合良好。此外,从段塞质量脱落的角度合理地解释了之前学者的实验发现:当段塞运动距离大于其初始长度的5倍时,段塞将被驱动气体贯穿,从而使冲击力幅值大幅下降的现象。文章提出的一维数学模型可指导实际工程应用。To analyze the kinematics of a single slug in void line driven by high-pressure steam,numerical experiments based on three-dimensional CFD model are carried out and the impact pressure and the mass loss rate during its motion are investigated.The study found that the mass loss coefficient of the slug is proportional to its moving distance,and is independent with the driving pressure;the mass loss rate is related to the moving distance,and is independent with the driving pressure and the initial length of the slug.With the obtained mass loss rate,a new one-dimensional theoretical model is developed,and the calculation results are verified against the experimental data and CFD simulations.The results of the three dimensional CFD model and the proposed one dimensional model are in good agreement with the experimental data.In addition,in view of the mass loss rate,we well explained the experimental observation that when the moving distance of the slug is more than five times of its initial length,the slug will be penetrated by the driving gas,resulting in a significant decrease of the impact force.The proposed one-dimensional model can guide the practical engineering applications.
