摘　　要：为了探索海水降膜蒸发过程中液膜内的组分分布、传质现象与传热过程的关联,建立了氯化钠溶液沿竖直平板降膜蒸发过程的二维传热传质模型。采用基于有限元方法的COMSOL Multiphysics软件,计算了液膜内温度、氯化钠浓度、液膜局部传热系数和传质系数的分布以及不同溶液分子扩散系数时界面蒸发情况。氯化钠溶液降膜蒸发过程中,传热传质相互耦合,膜厚方向上温度与氯化钠浓度的反向分布对溶剂的界面蒸发有抑制作用。In order to explore the component distribution in the liquid film and the correlation between the mass transfer phenomenon and the heat transfer process during the falling film evaporation of seawater,a 2-D heat and mass transfer model of sodium chloride solution in the falling film evaporation process on vertical plate was established.The software COMSOL Multiphysics based on finite element method was used to compute the distributions of temperature,sodium chloride concentration in liquid film,the local heat transfer coefficient and mass transfer coefficient,and interfacial evaporation under different solution molecular diffusion coefficients.In the process of falling film evaporation of sodium chloride solution,the heat and mass transfer processes are coupled and have an impact on each other’s processes.The reverse distribution of temperature and concentration in the direction of film thickness inhibits the interfacial evaporation of solvents.
