摘  要:血小板衍生生长因子(PDGF)是机体纤维化过程的重要调节因子,在心脏中广泛表达。随着对PDGF的研究,我们对其在心肌纤维化机制中作用的认识更清晰。PDGF通过其活性形式与其受体结合,介导下游信号转导,在心肌纤维化的炎症、成纤维细胞增殖和血管生成阶段发挥重要作用。目前,已有多种PDGF受体相关靶向药物在动物实验中显示出可改善心肌纤维化,但其疗效仍需通过大量临床试验来验证。Platelet-derived growth factor(PDGF)is an important regulatory factor in fibrosis process and is widely expressed in the heart.Continued research on PDGF has led to a clearer understanding of its role in the mechanisms of myocardial fibrosis.PDGF mediates downstream signal transduction by binding to its receptor in its active form,playing an important role in the proliferation of fibroblasts and angiogenesis during the inflammation stage of myocardial fibrosis.Currently,although various PDGF receptor-targeted drugs have shown improvement in myocardial fibrosis in animal experiments,their effectiveness still needs to be validated through extensive clinical trials.
