摘　　要：脂蛋白(a)[Lp(a)]水平升高是多种心血管疾病的独立危险因素。近年来,Lp(a)测定标准化和降Lp(a)药物受到了国内外研究者的重视。本文从Lp(a)的生物化学、测定与标准化、临床应用和降Lp(a)药物进展等方面进行综述,旨在提高人们对Lp(a)的认识,为深入研究Lp(a)与心血管疾病的关系提供参考。Lipoprotein(a)[Lp(a)]is an independent risk factor for various cardiovascular diseases.In recent years,the standardization of Lp(a)measurements and the development of drugs to lowering Lp(a)have garnered significant attention from researchers worldwide.This article provides a comprehensive review of Lp(a)from biochemistry,measurement and standardization,clinical applications,and the progress of drugs for lowering Lp(a)levels.The aim is to enhance understanding of Lp(a)and to serve as a reference for further research on the relationship between Lp(a)and cardiovascular diseases.
