摘  要:新能源汽车具有再生制动的优势,通过协调分配再生制动与液压制动,能够实现能量回收。由于车速降低,再生制动的退出会导致总制动力矩降低,此时需要进行液压制动力矩补充,以维持总制动力矩平衡。在进行液压制动力矩补充的标定过程中,由于摩擦片的温度敏感性,选择合适的标定工况程序以覆盖更多的用户工况来达成总制动力矩平衡、减少总制动力矩波动,是评价协调再生制动系统标定的重要内容,这对汽车制动平顺性也至关重要。因此,主要研究再生制动控制策略和再生制动力矩与液压制动力矩协调。New energy vehicles have the advantage of regenerative braking,which realizes energy recovery through coordinated distribution with hydraulic braking.Due to the decrease of speed,the withdraw of regenerative braking will lead to the reduction of total braking torque,and the hydraulic braking torque compensation is required to maintain the balance of total braking torque.In the calibration process of hydraulic torque compensation,due to the temperature sensitivity of the friction plate,selecting the appropriate calibration working condition program to cover more user working conditions to achieve the balance of total braking torque and reduce total braking torque fluctuation is an important content of evaluating the calibration of the coordinated regenerative braking system,and it is also crucial for the braking ride comfort of the vehicle.This paper mainly studies the control strategy of regenerative braking and the coordination of regenerative braking torque and hydraulic braking torque.
