摘  要:半固态成形是一种先进的金属成形技术和工艺,在铝合金汽车零部件制造领域具有广阔的应用前景。首先,综述半固态成形技术的基本原理、技术特点及与传统铸造工艺的比较,分析了半固态成形技术在节能、提高生产效率、提高零部件性能等方面的优势。其次,重点探讨半固态成形技术在轮毂、转向节和控制臂等汽车关键零部件制造中的应用实例,阐述该技术的工艺参数优化与质量控制措施。最后,展望半固态成形技术在铝合金汽车零部件制造领域的发展趋势与挑战。Semi-solid forming is an advanced metal forming technology and process,which has broad application prospects in the field of aluminum alloy automotive parts manufacturing.First,the basic principles,technical characteristics and comparison with traditional casting processes,the role of semi-solid forming technology in energy saving,increasing production efficiency and improving parts performance is analyzed.Secondly,it focuses on the application examples of semi-solid forming technology in the manufacturing of automobile key parts such as hub,steering knuckles and control arms,and explains the process parameter optimization and quality control measures of this technology.Finally,the development trends and challenges of semi-solid forming technology in the field of aluminum alloy automotive parts manufacturing are prospected.
