摘 要:为了助推海南辣椒产业绿色高效发展,针对性开展了‘根康’微生态调控辣椒地下害虫的效果评价。结果表明,用20%‘根康’微乳剂1000倍液、1500倍液浸泡种苗根10 min和沟施20%‘根康’缓释剂30、45 kg/hm^(2)后移栽对辣椒地下害虫的微生态调控效果最好,移栽5~30 d的辣椒地下害虫为害率均在5%以下;用20%‘根康’微乳剂2000倍液浸泡种苗根10 min和沟施20%‘根康’缓释剂15 kg/hm^(2)后移栽,对地下害虫也具有良好调控效果,移栽5~30 d的辣椒地下害虫为害率均在10%以下;20%‘根康’微乳剂500倍液虽然对辣椒地下害虫的微生态调控效果好,但对辣椒种子发芽和植株生长均有显著抑制作用;20%‘根康’微乳剂2500~3000倍液和20%‘根康’缓释剂3.75~7.5 kg/hm^(2)虽然对植株安全,但对辣椒地下害虫的微生态调控效果差,移栽30 d的辣椒地下害虫为害率均达20%以上。综合考虑经济性、防治效果和操作简便等因素,移栽时用20%‘根康’微乳剂1500倍液浸泡种苗根10 min和沟施20%‘根康’缓释剂30 kg/hm^(2)后移栽,可广泛用于微生态调控辣椒地下害虫的发生与为害。To promote the green and efficient development of the Hainan capsicum industry,a targeted evaluation of the microecological regulation and control effects of‘GENKANG’on the soil insects of capsicum was conducted.The results revealed that,transplantation after roots soaking in 1000-fold and 1500-fold of 20%‘GENKANG’microemulsion for 10 minutes and 30 and 45 kg·hm–2 of 20%‘GENKANG’controlled release formula in furrows were the best to microecological regulate and control soil insects of capsicum,the damage rates of soil insects of capsicum transplanted for 5-30 days were below 5%,respectively;transplantation after roots soaking in 2000-fold of 20%‘GENKANG’microemulsion and 15 kg·hm–2 of‘GENKANG’controlled release formula in furrows were also better to microecological regulate and control soil insects of capsicum,the damage rates of soil insects of capsicum transplanted for 5-30 days were below 10%,respectively;500-fold of 20%‘GENKANG’microemulsion was also better to microecological regulate and control soil insects,but the treated seeds and plants could not normally develop;transplantation after roots soaking in 2500-fold and 3000-fold for 10 minutes and 3.75 and 7.5 kg·hm–2 of‘GENKANG’controlled release formula in furrows were not efficacious to soil insects,while they were safe to the developments of seeds and plants.Given the economic effects and simple operation,transplantation after roots soaking in 1500-fold of 20%‘GENKANG’microemulsion for 10 minutes and 30 kg·hm–2 of 20%‘GENKANG’controlled release formula in furrows can be widely applied to microecological regulation and control soil insects of capsicum.
