摘　　要：本文从凸显社会主义制度优越性、实现共同富裕、弥补实物和制度欠账、行业内外协调平衡这四个角度论证了建立房屋养老金公共账户的必要性。提出统筹推进住房养老金公共账户和个人账户改革;搭建制度框架,积极试点;大力支持住房体检先进科技、引导社会舆论等四项建议。This paper argues for the necessity of establishing a public housing pension account from four perspectives:highlighting the superiority of the socialist system,achieving common prosperity,making up for the arrears,and coordinating and balancing within and outside the industry.It proposes to advance the reform of public and personal housing pension accounts in a coordinated manner,to build a systematic framework and actively pilot programs,to vigorously support advanced technologies for housing maintenance,and to guide public opinion.
