摘 要:当前我国房地产市场的主要矛盾已经从“有没有”转向“好不好”,让人民群众住上更好的房子成为房地产业发展的新要求,同时也是推进房地产高质量发展的重要途径。“好房子”不仅体现在建造方面,更要软硬兼施,适应市场,满足多样化需求。本文从政府和市场角度,分别基于土地、劳动力、资本、技术、数据五大要素和供求、价格、竞争三大市场机制,对“好房子”建设路径进行探究,并提出政策建议。At present,the main contradiction in China’s real estate market has shifted from“whether to have”to“whether it is good or not”,so that enabling people to live in a better house has become a new requirement for the development of the real estate industry,and it is also an important way to promote the high-quality development of real estate.The better housing is not only reflected in the construction,but also requires a combination of different measures to adapt to the market and meet diverse needs.From the perspective of government and market,based on five major factor markets and three major market mechanisms,this paper analyzes the path to the better housing and puts forward policy recommendations.
