摘 要:为了应对行业需求,助力电子制造业发展,探讨了应用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定电子电气产品中双酚A(BPA)的可行性。通过对该方法的检出限、精密度、准确度等各项指标的验证,结果表明该方法的精密度良好,重复性实验结果的相对标准偏差小于10%;准确度良好,加标回收率平均值为94.2%;各基质的检出限低于0.6 mg/kg。从而证明本方法可应用于电子电气产品中BPA的检测。In order to meet industry demand and support the development of electronic manufacturing industry,the feasibility of the determination of bisphenol A in the electronic and electrical product by using the high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)method was investigated in this studying.Through the verification of various indicators such as detection limit,precision,and accuracy of the method,the results show that the precision of the method is good,and the relative standard deviation of the repeatability experimental results is less than 10%;the accuracy is acceptable,and the average recovery rate of spiked samples is 94.2%;the detection limit of each matrix is below 0.6mg/kg.Therefor,the method can be applied to the detection of BPA in electronic and electrical products.
