碳还原制备氮化钒铁的成型工艺研究

摘　　要：介绍了通过正交试验,确定了五氧化二钒、石墨粉、还原铁粉混料后的成型工艺,混合物料成型率达到94%以上,成型料球经氮化烧结,产品组分含量满足FeV55N-B要求。Through orthogonal test,the molding process of vanadium pentoxide,graphite powder and reduced iron powder was determined.The molding rate of the mixed materials reached more than 94%,and the product content met the requirements of FeV55N-B after nitriding and sintering.
