摘　　要：目的:将安宁疗护病人舒适度量表(Hospice Comfort Questionaire,HCQ)进行汉化,并检验其信效度。方法:通过翻译、回译、跨文化调试及预调查形成中文版HCQ。采用便利抽样法抽取310例病人进行问卷调查,检验中文版HCQ的信效度。结果:中文版HCQ包括生理、环境、社会文化、精神心理4个维度,共24个条目。量表条目水平的内容效度指数(I-CVI)为0.890~1.000,量表平均的内容效度(S-CVI/Ave)为0.981。探索性因子分析共提取4个公因子,累计方差贡献率为61.384%;验证性因子分析结果显示模型适配良好,总量表的Cronbach's α系数为0.880,重测信度为0.856。结论:中文版HCQ具有良好的信效度,可以有效评估病人在安宁疗护过程中的舒适度情况。Objective:To translate the Hospice Comfort Questionaire(HCQ)into Chinese,and to test its reliability and validity.Methods:The Chinese version of HCQ was formed through translation,back translation,cross-cultural debugging and pre-investigation.A total of 310 patients were selected by convenience sampling method to test its reliability and validity.Results:The Chinese version of HCQ included 24 items in 4 dimensions,namely,physiology,environment,sociocultural and psychological.The content validity index(I-CVI)at item level of the scale ranged from 0.890 to 1.000,and the average scale-level content validity index(S-CVI/Ave)of the scale was 0.981.Exploratory factor analysis extracted 4 common factors,and the cumulative contribution rate of variance was 61.384%.Confirmatory factor analysis showed that the model fitted well.The Cronbach´sαcoefficient was 0.880,and the retest reliability was 0.856.Conclusions:The Chinese version of HCQ has good reliability and validity,and it can effectively evaluate the comfort of patients during hospice care.
